At Astrofacts30, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of astrology and spiritual products, we follow a limited returns and refunds policy.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is incorrect
  • The product is missing from the order

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.

Products such as Rudraksha, gemstones, yantras, energized items, and customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, unless damaged or incorrect.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Astrofacts30 reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request after review.
